Refund Eligibility

  • The product did not meet our quality standards
  • The delivery was significantly delayed beyond the estimated time

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and photos of the product (if applicable)
  3. Describe the issue in detail
  4. Our team will review your request within 1 business day

Refund Process

Once your refund is approved:

  • Full refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed

Exceptions

Refunds are not available for:

  • Products stored improperly after delivery
  • Changes of mind after 24 hours of delivery
  • Customized or special orders (unless defective)
